After sales service, hotline and remote maintenance

The after-sales service of Adler Technologies ensures the first level of technical assistance for its clients and informs them in case there is a need for an on-site maintenance.

 

In an effort to be efficient, Adler Technologies has established two services for the benefit of its clients:

 Hotline

A hotline service run by qualified support personnel capable of analysing your request, performing a diagnostic operation and providing an immediate solution, or, if necessary, dispatching a technician to the site.

 Remote assistance service

A remote maintenance service, accessible if the configuration of the installation allows for a detailed audit and remote maintenance in most cases.  

  • Our experience proves that 80% of breakdowns are solved on the telephone, thanks to the remote maintenance, which considerably reduces maintenance and breakdown costs.
  • Calls are followed-up and the report can be sent annually on request (number or calls, duration, type of request, equipment concerned, etc.).

 Time schedule

The spare parts service is available:

  • Monday through Thursday, from 8:00  to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, from 8:00 to 3:30 p.m
