HotlineA hotline service run by qualified support personnel capable of analysing your request, performing a diagnostic operation and providing an immediate solution, or, if necessary, dispatching a technician to the site.
Remote assistance serviceA remote maintenance service, accessible if the configuration of the installation allows for a detailed audit and remote maintenance in most cases.
