Pioneer in applying the principle of automatic dephasing of unbalanced vibration table, ADLER Technologies has very early equipped its presses with a vibrating table including variable strength and frequency to optimize their performance. The perfect control of the vibration enables:

  •  more homogeneous distribution of concrete
  •  more efficient filling of the mould,
  •  greater accuracy in height of the finished product

Drawing on his long experience, ADLER Technologies has developed a complete range of vibrating presses. Actual production tools, ADLER Technologies presses provide multi-purpose production of a wide range of products (blocks, pavers, borders ...). They make a great FLEXIBILITY, limiting or removing (depend on the type of press) manual intervention:

  •  remote adjustment of vibration parameters for the manufacture of all products
  •  adjustment of the table vibration to the aggregates type and to the end product design and characteristics.

With ADLER Technologies presses, it is possible to use wood molding boards, composite or steel pallets. More resistant to wear, these types of board allow optimizing vibration and better geometric accuracy of products.

ADLER Technologies also offers semi-automated egg layer block presses that demonstrate an output capacity up to 3000 blocks / day.
