  • it centralizes and simplifies all operations' control and management by the operator, allowing him to operate from a single location, with a user friendly ergonomic screen.

ADLER Technologies offers comprehensive solutions for production automation. The entire cycle of operation, from storage of aggregates to end products, is controlled by PLC (Programmable logic controller) in a simple and friendly way. 

  • control and power are both centralized in a desk and a technical cabinet;
  • Management modes and manual controls available on desk;
  • Synoptic and setting parameters on color screens;
  • Memory saving of all settings.

 The main available information is: 

  • Visualization of connected PLC inputs/outputs to facilitate troubleshooting;
  • Materials management (connection to a weighbridge is possible), concrete production management (number of batches, formulation, cycles ...) if the automated concrete batching plant is an ADLER Technologies system;
  • Maintenance planning continuously updated;
  • Management and location of alarms and defaults;
  • Traceability of each pallet during the cycle (batch origin, machine settings, curing time);
  • Press and palletizing cycles (automated/manual);
  • Analysis of downtime, or waiting time, for each of the production line modules;
  • Moulds management (lifetime and performance);
  • Production management table is established as a "Microsoft Excel" file compatible with most ERP systems available.
