A new Plant for Adler : a high rate production and calibration

The brand new plant conceived by Adler for our customer Béton de la Lomme, Belgium, is now efficient. This high capacity Unit A860/18 with a mixing plant and calibrating machine, enables Béton de la Lomme to produce 34 000 blocks a day.

Constructive exchanges between Adler team and Béton de la Lomme made it possible to find the best technical solution and to meet specific needs, such as the set-up of the grinding machine in line, or the unloader with a recycling sucking up in the mixing plant, or the concrete prestorage under the mixing plant with a progressive supplying of the press, or the arrangement of the handling system to a 18 Tonnes load. Thanks to a meter and volumetric weight, large and light products size 15x6x60 can be made.

This new unit is now a reference for the production of calibrated blocks in line, thanks to an optimum rate of the press, and perfect steadiness, allowing a tolerance of the calibrated products of more or less 0.3mm
